Terms of use
Last updated: July 2026 · By using Luge, you accept these terms.
1. The Luge platform
Luge is software — a desktop application and optional connected services — that helps you work with AI agents. Luge is a tool: we are not a party to the acts you carry out with it, nor responsible for the content you create, transmit or sign.
2. Contracting entity and acceptance
These terms form an agreement between you and Tchat N Sign Solutions inc. (doing business as N Solutions, or any successor entity), 375, boulevard De Quen, Alma, Québec G8B 5P2. By creating an account or using Luge, you accept these terms.
3. Changes to the agreement
We may modify these terms. Material changes are posted on this page with their date; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or a duly constituted legal entity, to use Luge.
5. Account
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and not transfer your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
6. Plans and fees
The Solo plan is free and open to sign-up: one person per workspace, and inference runs on your own API key or on models you run on your own machines. Nothing is required in exchange for that free access. The Team plan and managed sovereign modules are paid services, billed per the posted terms (periodic renewal, month-to-month cancellation). Plan terms may evolve with reasonable notice. Your local data remains yours in every case — we do not touch your device.
7. User content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of your content. The Luge software is licensed to you, not sold; you may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law permits. If you send us feedback, you grant us a license to use it to improve the product.
8. Recording conversations
Recording happens on your device. The consent rules that apply in your jurisdiction apply here: informing participants remains your responsibility.
9. Keys and models (BYOK, local models)
When you use your own API key or local models, your agreements with the relevant providers, along with the resulting costs and compliance, are your responsibility.
10. Prohibited activities
The following are prohibited, among others: spam, harassment, any illegal activity, unpermitted reverse engineering, attacks on the security or integrity of the platform, and circumventing the limits of your plan (for example, sharing one Solo workspace between several people).
11. Term and termination
The agreement is for an indefinite term. You may terminate at any time; we may terminate with 7 days' notice, or immediately in case of a breach. Your local data stays yours. For a hosted workspace, you have 30 days to export your data after termination.
12. Disclaimer of warranty
The service is provided "as is," without express or implied warranty, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us over the past 12 months, or to one hundred Canadian dollars (CA$100) for use of the free plan. You assume the risks of your use.
14. Indemnification
You indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or from an inappropriate use of Luge.
15. Arbitration and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are first addressed in good faith; failing agreement, they are submitted to arbitration in the judicial district of Saguenay, Québec.
16. General
These terms, together with the privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement. Communications are made by email or mail. If a clause is found invalid, the others remain in effect.
