You build for your clients — you don’t want to rebuild an AI platform from scratch. Embed Luge: bot-less meetings, local or sovereign inference, team memory. You keep the brand and the relationship; we provide the engine.
Your brand up front, our engine behind. Luge resells white-label (Luge invisible), grey-label (“Powered by Luge”), or as an “On Behalf Of” engine powering your product in the background. The wholesale model fits on three lines — platform, seats, managed inference in a private cloud in Canada — and the grid is shared under NDA. Built in Québec by N Solutions.
The force multiplier
Luge works “on behalf of” your product
In engine mode, Luge becomes the transparent backend of your offering: it does the work — capturing a meeting with no bot, running small models locally or on Canadian infrastructure, maintaining a team memory that improves with use — while your users only ever see your interface, your brand, your relationship. And the current flows both ways: your systems feed it, and it answers you. Inbound webhooks write straight into tables (column-by-column mapping), your events trigger workflows, an interface compatible with the market standard (OpenAI-compatible) welcomes your existing code, and results are delivered into your channels — Slack, Teams, Discord, email or outbound webhook. It’s the fastest path to shipping AI agents without carrying the R&D of a platform.
Three ways to embed Luge
From 100% your brand to invisible engine
White-label
Luge, invisible. 100% your brand.
For whom: agencies and software vendors who want their own product, not a visible resale.
Your name, logo, colors — from the app splash to the audio server
Partner pricing breaks down into three clear lines — and the publicly listed price reflects what a partner would logically resell at.
Platform
The Luge core: app, agents, channels, team memory, admin console.
Software seats
Per active user — never per token. A predictable monthly cost.
Managed inference
Optional: we run the GPUs on Canadian infrastructure (management margin). Otherwise, your clients bring their own AI.
The full wholesale grid is shared on request, under a confidentiality agreement. We keep a margin on managing inference when we run the GPUs for you.
The levers
The arguments that close deals
Beyond the three pricing lines, four concrete levers your clients — and their clients — see from their side.
AI key per member
Your clients bring their own AI key, per seat: in a shared channel, each person is served on their own account. One more pricing lever in your reseller grid.
External guests
Your client’s end customers reach what’s shared with them — proven email address — without ever seeing the rest of the office.
Client hardware
The headless edge node installs on the client’s own machines (“service install”), config hot-reloaded, no restart. Built for MSPs.
Compliance ready to show
Compliance monitoring module: a client consent register, client profiles, an FR/EN compliance dossier as a PDF per conversation, an encrypted audit log and an exportable signed archive. The differentiator for selling into financial services.
Who it’s for
Builders who want to move fast
Same deal for everyone: an agentic platform, model-agnostic and compliant from day one — that you resell to your clients, without building the tech.
EntrepreneursLaunch an AI offering to their clients without carrying the R&D.
AgenciesAn AI product under their own brand.
Software vendors (ISVs)An AI engine grafted onto their existing product.
Vertical SaaSAgentic built into their niche.
IntegratorsDeploy fast, tailored, at their clients.
Managed service providers (MSPs)Managed AI as recurring revenue.
Tell us what you’re building and which mode interests you (white-label, grey-label, or OBO engine). We’ll come back with the wholesale grid under NDA and an integration plan.
White-label: no — from the app name to the audio server, everything carries your brand. Grey-label keeps a discreet “Powered by Luge”. In engine (OBO) mode, Luge runs behind your product — your users only see your interface.
Where is our customers’ data hosted?
Your choice: locally on the user’s machine (local inference), or on a Canadian managed inference infrastructure, provider-agnostic. Canadian data residency stays put even if we evolve the provider under the hood. And when your customer invites their own clients as external guests, each guest reaches only what’s explicitly shared with them — proven email address, no access to the rest of the office — with no change to data residency.
Does this help us with Law 25 / PIPEDA?
Luge is designed to facilitate your customers’ compliance: local processing, personal-information detection, tamper-evident audit trails, Canada-hosted inference as an option. Compliance remains an organizational responsibility — no software can “guarantee” it.
What about SOC 2 / ISO certifications?
Luge’s first vertical deployment is operated by Tchat N Sign, whose organization holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications.
How does partner pricing work?
A three-part wholesale model: the platform, software seats, and managed inference (with a management margin when we run the GPUs for you). The publicly listed price reflects what a partner would logically resell at; the wholesale grid is shared on request, under NDA.
Is there a minimum or commitment?
We calibrate by mode (white-label, grey-label, engine) and volume. Let’s talk — we’d rather have a partnership that lasts than a contract that squeezes.
How long to launch?
Grey-label is fastest (little setup). White-label needs your brand kit. Engine (OBO) depends on your integration — we support you through it.
Luge is a product of N Solutions, built in Québec. SOC 2 / ISO certifications are held by Tchat N Sign, the first vertical operator. Luge is designed to facilitate compliance (Law 25, PIPEDA) — which remains an organizational responsibility.
