No meter, no tokens, no end-of-month surprise. What you see here is what you
will pay.
No taxi meter here: you know what Luge costs before the month starts. The Solo plan is free and open — the whole platform for one person, inference on your own API key or your local models, no credit card. Past that, two plans quoted individually: Team (named seats, shared channels and folders, agents across the whole organization) and Enterprise (private cloud in Canada or your own infrastructure, managed sovereign modules, guaranteed data residency). Price follows what your agents do, not just how many people you are. Partner grid under NDA.
Solo is free forever. Past that, the price follows what your agents do — not just how
many people you are.

Straight answers
The FAQ that doesn't dodge
Is the Solo plan really free?
Yes. You open your workspace, then plug in your own API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure, xAI) or run local models on your machine: inference stays on your side, the platform costs nothing. We don’t sell your data and we ask for nothing in exchange.
What does "bring your own AI" actually mean?
You connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure or xAI (Grok) key — or run small models entirely on your machine. And keys are per member (as of v0.56): in a shared channel, the key travels with whoever is speaking — when you put the agent to work, your key pays; your colleague takes over, theirs does. Anyone without a key falls back on the organization’s. Luge charges for the agent, not the electricity in its brain.
What are the sovereign models?
Small and mid-size open-source models — the class that runs on a very good workstation, not frontier models: Qwen3.5/3.6, Ornith 1.0 (agentic coding), Cohere Transcribe for voice. Open source so everything is verifiable, hosted in Canada for Law 25 and PIPEDA. That model class is exactly why our workflows run in small verified steps — a small model doing one precise job is reliable. Need frontier-level reasoning? Plug in your Claude or GPT key (BYOK) — but that data leaves for the provider, as your explicit choice. The full honest breakdown is in our local models guide.
Who provides the GPUs for the managed modules?
Canadian inference infrastructure, managed by us. We can evolve the supplier under the hood — your price, your contract and the Canadian residency of your data don’t move.
What data leaves my machine?
On Solo with local models: essentially nothing for inference and transcription. With your own key: only the requests you send to your provider, under your own agreement. With managed sovereign modules: your requests run on Canadian infrastructure. The visual breakdown lives on the privacy page.
Why is the price flat when everyone else meters usage?
Because the expensive part — inference — happens on your hardware, on your key, or on small models orchestrated into short steps. We don’t pay unpredictable per-token bills, so we don’t charge you that way either.
Do I need an API key to use Luge?
No. Download a small local model in the app and everything runs on-device. A key just gives you access to bigger brains when a task calls for one.
Is Luge compliant with Law 25 / PIPEDA?
Luge is designed to make your compliance easier: local processing, personal-information detection, audit logs, and an option to run inference on infrastructure hosted in Canada. Compliance with Law 25 remains an organizational responsibility — no software can "guarantee" it.
What about SOC 2 / ISO?
Luge’s first vertical deployment is operated by Tchat N Sign, whose organization holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications.
Do you have partner or white-label pricing?
Yes — it’s all on the Partners page (white-label, grey-label, OBO engine). The wholesale grid is shared on request, under a non-disclosure agreement: partenariats@nsolutions.ai.
Can a client or an outside partner see anything?
Yes — as a guest, no seat needed. The person proves their address — Google account, Microsoft or one-time code — and reaches only what you explicitly shared with them: that folder, that channel, nothing else. Revoke the invitation? Their sessions drop on the spot. (As of v0.59.)
Is recording calls without a bot legal?
Recording happens on your device, like any screen recorder. Consent rules for recording conversations still apply in your jurisdiction — informing participants stays your responsibility.
Can I cancel? What about my data?
Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Your local data stays on your machine — it’s yours. For a hosted workspace, export before you close it.
Compliance note: Luge is designed to make your compliance easier (Law 25, PIPEDA) — local
processing, PI detection, audit logs, Canadian infrastructure as an option. No software can
"guarantee" your compliance: it remains an organizational responsibility.
